Magic, comedy for everyone at Murphy

WILMINGTON — Matthew David Stanley combines stand-up comedy with mind-blowing magic, and he returns to the Murphy Theatre on Saturday, Jan. 26 with a Children’s Magic Workshop at 11 a.m. and a performance at 2 p.m.

Stanley is the recipient of the prestigious “Lance Burton Award” presented in Las Vegasas well as the “International Brotherhood of Magicians Stage Champion Award” presented. He has been featured on NBC and FOX television networks and currently tours the nation.

He recently headlined two weeks at the Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas. He has opened for such names as master illusionist David Copperfield and country music star Mark Wills.

Stanley, based in Dayton, is a seasoned professional and there is a little bit for everyone in his performances.
