News Journal staff report
Blanchester voters approved the 1-mill, five-year replacement levy for the Blanchester Public Library in Tuesday’s primary election.
Casting their ballots in favor of the levy were 473 voters, or 60.33 percent, while 311 voted against the levy, for 39.67 percent.
