Executive Director Christian Schock, members of the Clinton County Regional Planning Commission (CCRPC) and stakeholder organizations met with representatives from casino partner Lakes Entertainment, Richard Bienapfl, VP of Development; Tom LaSalle, Development Rep.; and Ronald Armstrong of Urban Design Group, the architect of the proposed development during their first visit to Clinton County.

In attendance were Karen Haley, Brian Bourgraf, Bob Scarborough, Debbie Stamper, Mary Kay Vance, Terri Limbert, Tim Carr, Trevor Shoemaker, Steve Collett, Mark Stokes, Tony Butcher, Steve Brown and Randy Riley.

Should the proposed ballot measure pass in November, the CCRPC will be reviewing the development and has proactively advised on the planning ‘challenges and opportunities’ that exist with a facility of this nature and magnitude.
