Community attitude survey closes Aug. 15
The Elmer Williams Community Attitude Survey, pioneered by local Blanchester community leader Elmer Williams and the Clinton County Regional Planning Commission (CCRPC) will close Aug. 15. Everyone is encouraged to take the anonymous survey online at: www.co.clinton.oh.us/regional_planning.
The Board of Clinton County Commissioners presented Elmer Williams with a Resolution acknowledging his many community efforts and contributions he has made to the Village of Blanchester and Clinton County.
