More sentences handed down in muni court

The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the defendant’s name, age, residence if listed, charge(s) disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. Municipal Judge Mike Daugherty oversees the court, which administers the law in criminal misdemeanor cases.

The following continues the list of those who pled guilty or were found guilty between Dec. 9 and Dec. 13, 2019:

• Latasha Hughes, 26, of New Vienna, driving under suspension-financial, fined $250, assessed $135 court costs. A driving under suspension-failing to appear/pay fine charge was dismissed.

• Jack Fulton, 20, of Wilmington, obstructing official business, fined $250, assessed $135 court costs. An additional ‘obstructing’ charge was dismissed.

• Matthew Louiso, 42, of unauthorized use of property, obstructing official business, fined $250, assessed $270 court costs. The ‘unauthorized’ offense was amended from an unauthorized use of a motor vehicle charge. A fictitious registration charge and a seat belt violation were dismissed.

• Danielle Strong, 41, of Wilmington, two counts of driving under suspension, driving under suspension-financial, fined $750, assessed $405 court costs.

• Gabriel Obregon, 19, of Bowling Green, drug paraphernalia, fined $100, assessed $135 court costs.

• Solomon Igbinijesv Jr., 36, of Dayton, driving under suspension-financial, fined $250, assessed $135 court costs. The case was waived by Igbinijesv.

• Maxwell Wrolstad, 25, of Columbus, drug paraphernalia, fined $100, assessed $135 court costs. The case was waived by Wrolstad.

• Morgan Reedy, 19, of Miamisburg, drug possession, fined $100, assessed $135 court costs. The case was waived by Reedy.

• Anne Grove, 27, of Tipp City, drug possession, fined $100, assessed $135 court costs. The case was waived by Grove.
