Blan FFA at middle school

The Blanchester FFA held its second Middle School FFA on Thursday, Dec. 11 as five students from Blanchester Middle School gathered in the FFA room to make bird houses for winter. Students were each given a plastic milk jug, then given ideas (including by FFA Officer Matt O’Neill, shown) on how to cut out their own bird houses from the jug. After they cut out their ideal birdhouse, they began to color them. The kids were so excited to decorate their houses how they wanted! Thank you to all the students who attended It was a blast and we hope to see you next quarter. Also a huge thanks to all the members who donated milk jugs for us to use. — Makenna Maddix, FFA chapter reporter
