Clinton County Municipal Court sentences

WILMINGTON — The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by the Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the name of the defendant, age, location (if listed), charge disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. Municipal Judge Mike Daugherty oversees the court, which handles misdemeanors, traffic cases and some civil cases. Only the criminal misdemeanors are included here.

The following recently pled guilty or were found guilty of crimes during the week of January 25-29:

• John Morgan, 24, of New Vienna, possession of drug abuse instrument, sentenced 90 days jail (suspended), fined $750, assessed $115 court costs, supervised probation. If compliant, court will suspend $650 of Morgan’s fine. Charges of criminal mischief and possessing drug paraphernalia against Morgan were dismissed.

• Billy Price, 54, of Wilmington, disorderly conduct, sentenced 30 days jail (suspended), fined $100, assessed $115 court costs. Jail suspended on condition of good behavior, complete a self-assessment questionnaire within 30 days and seek professional assistance if needed.

• Mikael Doyle-Pruitt, 29, of Wilmington, possession of marijuana, fined $80, assessed $120 court costs.

• Delilah Williams, 35, of Dayton, possession of drug paraphernalia, fined $100, assessed $115 court costs.

• Tyler Swanson, 19, of Wilmington, possession of marijuana, fined $85, assessed $115 court costs.

• Amanda Foley, 28, of Wilmington, disorderly conduct, fined $60, assessed $115 court costs.

• Carl Lanham, 33, of Clarksville, unauthorized use of property, sentenced 10 days jail, fined $100, assessed $115 court costs.

• Ashley Slone, 31, of Sabina, disorderly conduct, assessed $115 court costs.

• Paul Smith, 44, of Wilmington, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, fined $50, assessed $115 court costs.

• David Lloyd, 20, of Blanchester, disorderly conduct, fined $100, assessed $115 court costs.

• Donisha Lynch, 21, of Wilmington, trespassing, sentenced 30 days jail (suspended), assessed $115 court costs, supervised probation, no contact with victim business.

• Timothy Whitworth, 44, of Blanchester, disorderly conduct, sentenced 10 days jail (suspended), assessed $115 court costs, unsupervised probation.

• Joshua Lanham, 29, of Wilmington, criminal mischief, sentenced three days jail, assessed $115 court costs, 10 hours community service, write apology letter to victim business.

• Randall Baker, 35, of Blanchester, obstruction of official business, sentenced 90 days jail, fined $750, assessed $115 court costs.

• Trevor Campbell, 18, of Washington Court House, theft, sentencing stayed so Campbell can complete theft class and self-assessment questionnaire.

The following had charges against them dismissed:

• Christopher Fisher, 33, of Wilmington, possession of marijuana and possession of drug abuse instrument; all charges dismissed.

• Tosha Salisbury, 26, of Midland, possession of drug; charge dismissed.

• Candace Pennington, 20, of Wilmington, underage consumption; charge dismissed upon completion of diversion program.

• Brandon Boyd, 20, of Centerville, theft and underage consumption; all charges dismissed.

Also in Clinton County Municipal Court:

• Justin Landon, 31, of Wilmington, charged with alleged domestic violence, was transferred to Clinton County Common Pleas Court.
