Clinton County Municipal Court finds 9 guilty

WILMINGTON — The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by the Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the name of the defendant, age, location (if listed), charge disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. Municipal Judge Mike Daugherty oversees the court, which handles misdemeanors, traffic cases and some civil cases. Only the criminal misdemeanors are included here.

The following recently pled guilty or were found guilty of crimes during the week of Feb. 8 through 12:

• Rickey Kaufman, 61, of Wilmington, disorderly conduct, fined $55, assessed $115 court costs.

• Tina Harris, 48, of Wilmington, disorderly conduct, fined $55, assessed $115 court costs.

• William Bradley Jr., 43, of Wilmington, assault, sentenced 180 days jail (suspended), fined $1,000, assessed $115 court costs, supervised probation, no contact order vacated. If compliant, court will suspend $500 of the fine.

• Aimee Ross, 46, of Wilmington, possession of marijuana, fined $100, assessed $115 court costs.

• Tristan Webster, 33, of Wilmington, disorderly conduct, sentenced 120 days jail, assessed $55 court costs.

• Kenyon Webster II, 36, of Wilmington, disorderly conduct, fined $55, assessed $120 court costs.

• Thomas Littler, 40, of Wilmington, possession of marijuana, fined $100, assessed $115 court costs.

• Keith Allen, 28, of Wilmington, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana, fined $200, assessed $115 court costs.

• Trisha East, 31, of Powell, possession of marijuana, fined $100, assessed $115 court costs.

The following had charges dismissed:

• Bethany Bricker, 24, of Sabina, disorderly conduct; charge dismissed.
