14 guilty in Clinton County Municipal Court

WILMINGTON — The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by the Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the name of the defendant, age, location (if listed), charge disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. Municipal Judge Mike Daugherty oversees the court, which handles misdemeanors, traffic cases and some civil cases. Only the criminal misdemeanors are included here.

The following pled guilty or were found guilty of crimes between May 31 through June 3:

• Roger McClure II, 36, of Wilmington, domestic violence, sentenced 30 days jail (suspended), fined $100, assessed $115 court costs, write apology letter to victim, no similar offense for two years.

• Richard McCall, 44, of Wilmington, misconduct at an emergency, sentenced three days jail (stayed), fined $100, assessed $115 court costs, eight hours of community service, pay $64 to a fund, write letter of apology to victim deputy. A charge of disorderly conduct against McCall was dismissed.

• Jeffrey Taylor, 33, of Tampa, possession of marijuana, fined $100, assessed $115 court costs.

• Dylan Harner, 18, of Blanchester, improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle, fined $100, assessed $115 court costs, forfeit firearm.

• Victoria Ginn-Carr, 22, of Wilmington, possession of marijuana, fined $85, assessed $115 court costs.

• Blake Allen, 20, of Wilmington, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, fined $200, assessed $230 court costs.

• Joseph Eury, 18, of Wilmington, possession of marijuana, fined $30, assessed $115 court costs.

• Dewayne Lamb, 49, of Waynesville, failure to comply, sentenced 180 days jail (suspended), fined $1,000, assessed $115 court costs, supervised probation.

• Danielle Ferguson, 25, of Wilmington, assault, sentenced 30 days jail, assessed $115 court costs, no contact with a certain person.

• Travis Creamer, 33, of Sabina, passing bad checks, sentenced three days jail (suspended), fined $100 (stayed), assessed $115 court costs, pay $500 restitution to victim, no contact with victim. The fine will be suspended if Creamer pays all restitution.

• Jonathon Martin, 32, of Blanchester, possession of drug paraphernalia, fined $235, assessed $115 court costs.

• Larry Ruffner, 43, of Wilmington, disorderly conduct, fined $25, assessed $115 court costs.

• Joshua Sweet, 22, of Orient, trespassing, sentenced 30 days jail, fined $100, assessed $115 court costs.

• James Tolin, 69, of Wilmington, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, fined $100, assessed $115 court costs.

The following had charges against them dismissed:

• Matthew Woodruff, 31, menacing; charge dismissed.

• Norman Towson, 67, of Oregonia, possession of drug paraphernalia; charge dismissed.

Also in Clinton County Municipal Court:

• Terri Reed, 28, of Wilmington, charged with alleged complicity, was bound over to Clinton County Court of Common Pleas. Reed was released on an own recognizance bond and is not allowed to leave Clinton County while the case is pending.
