According to the Clinton County Engineer’s Office, it was just brought to their attention that the I&O Railroad crew closed Lazenby, Dalton and Champlin roads all this morning, Thursday, Aug. 20. “We apologize for the late notice – we had no advance warning. Dalton and Champlin were not scheduled to be closed until the weekend,” according to the CCEO.
