28 sentenced in municipal court

WILMINGTON — The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the defendant’s name, age, residence if listed, charge(s) disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. Municipal Judge Mike Daugherty oversees the court, which administers the law in criminal misdemeanor cases.

The following pled guilty or were found guilty of crimes between Sept. 26 and Oct. 3:

• Billie Wilson, 36, of New Vienna, obstructing official business, two counts of theft, sentenced to 270 days in jail (180 suspended), fined $250, assessed $375 court cases, supervised probation, no contact with the business, write a letter of apology to business and file it with probation. Two charges of drug possession were dismissed.

• Amy Prell, 44, of Wilmington, theft, possessing criminal tools, sentenced to 180 days in jail (179 suspended), fined $100, assessed $125 court costs, write a letter of apology to victim, submit to probation, no contact with the business for one year. Fine and costs for possessing criminal tools were waived.

• Jarrod David, 32, of Wilmington, theft, sentenced to 60 days in jail, fined $250, assessed $125 court costs, write letter of apology to victim, file with probation, pay $60 restitution, no contact with business, no similar offenses and monitored by non-reporting probation for two years.

• Jessica Pitzer, 30, of Wilmington, theft, sentenced to 180 days in jail (177 suspended), fined $500, assessed $125 court costs, write letter of apology to victim, file with probation, no contact and pay restitution to victim, have no similar offense and monitored by unsupervised probation for two years.

• Zachary King, 31, of Wilmington, assault, sentenced to 180 days in jail (suspended), fined $100, assessed $125 court costs, jail suspended on condition he have no contact with victim, no alcohol use at all and no new charges.

• Kenneth Dunaway, 43, of Hillsboro, unauthorized use of property, sentenced to 30 days in jail, fined $500, assessed $125 court cases, no contact with and pay restitution to victim.

• Vincent Reynolds, 47, of Wilmington, domestic violence, court assessed, sentenced to 180 days in jail, charge amended from domestic violence felony 3, no contact order is vacated, pay costs only.

• Keaton Johnson, 21, of Blanchester, drug paraphernalia, driving under suspension-financial, fined $200, assessed $250 court costs.

• Charles Halcomb, 47, of Wilmington, possession of marijuana, fined $105, assessed $125 court costs.

• Lynette Day, 44, of West Union, fugitive, waiver of extradition/request for extradition to Kentucky.

• Jordan Bart, 24, of Wilmington, driving under suspension, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs, complete 40 hours community service, if valid by review community service will be suspended.

• Candace Allen, 34, of Lebanon, theft, sentenced to 10 days in jail, assessed $125 court costs, pay costs only, no contact with the business.

• Xavier Jones, 19, of Wilmington, theft, sentenced to 180 days in jail, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs, write a letter of apology to business, be under supervised probation, pay restitution to business $139.08, no contact with business.

• Adam Kehl, 35, of Mason, reckless operation, sentenced to 60 days in jail, fined $500, assessed $125 court costs, charge amended from a O.V.I. misdemeanor 1, no ALS imposed, operator’s license to return.

•Dwight Logan II, 25, of Houston, O.V.I., sentenced to 180 days in jail (174 suspended), fined $1,075, assessed $125 court costs, jail stayed on condition defendant have no alcohol related offenses for two years non-reporting probation, abstain from all alcohol/drug abuse. Driving priveliges granted immediately with interlock, turn in tags to clerk, ALS vacated. Additional charge of O.V.I. was dismissed. Operators license suspended from June 5, 2016 to June 5, 2019.

• Sondra Brooks, 31, of New Vienna, driving under suspension-financial, all fines and costs suspended, operator’s license destroyed.

• David Wilkinson, 35, of Memphis, going 94 in a 70 mph zone, fined $105, assessed $125 court costs, case was waived by defendant.

• Alex Hernandez, 32, of Wilmington, intoxicated pedestrian, fined $25, assessed $125 court costs.

• Emily Phillips, 28, of Wilmington, theft, sentenced to 30 days in jail, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs, pay $40 restitution to victim.

• Michael Smith, 28, of Fayetteville, trespassing, sentenced to 10 days in jail (9 suspended), fined $100, assessed $125 court costs, no contact with business, 12 months of non-reporting probation.

• Daniel Jetter, 34, of Loveland, disorderly conduct, sentenced to 30 days in jail (suspended), fined $100, assessed $125 court costs, charge amended from carrying concealed weapon misdemeanor 1, two years of non-reporting probation.

• Melissa Jacobs, 47, of Florence, going 96 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $125 court costs, case waived by defendant.

• Justin Chance, 25, of Williamsburg, possession of marijuana, fined $50, assessed $125 court costs.

• Kourtney Spurling, 26, of Sabina, drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, fined $100, assessed $250 court costs.

• Emmanuel Givens, 28, of Wilmington, possession of marijuana, fined $105, assessed $125 court costs.

• Randy Hart, 35, of Sabina, possession of marijuana, fined $105, assessed $125 court costs.

• Daniel Ward, 27, of Lynchburg, possession of marijuana, fined $105, assessed $125 court costs.

• Jeremy Pack, 25, of Sabina, drug paraphernalia, fined $105, assessed $125 court costs.
