Those who braved the heat and attended the Banana Split Festival Friday and Saturday in Wilmington enjoyed bands including Heavy Medicine, Blue Steel, Cheap Thrill and more. Many volunteers helped make the event a success. The festival was sponsored by Wilmington’s Rotary clubs.
