21 sentenced in municipal court cases

WILMINGTON — The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the defendant’s name, age, residence if listed, charge(s) disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. Municipal Judge Mike Daugherty oversees the court, which administers the law in criminal misdemeanor cases.

The following pled guilty or were found guilty of crimes between Oct. 12 and Oct. 17:

• Kyle Bates, 36, Janesville, O.V.I., no operator’s license, fined $1,075, assessed $125 court costs, sentenced to 180 days in jail, operator’s license suspended from May 15, 2016 to Oct. 29, 2016, supervised probation, supplementary application questionnaire, complete three-day residential driving intervention program, if compliant court will suspend $375 of fine, ALS vacated, driving privileges effective immediately, jail stayed, no O.L. charge amended from driving under suspicion misdemeanor 1. Additional charge of traveling down one-way traffic was dismissed.

• Ronda Kreusch, 45, Blanchester, assault, fined $250, assessed $125 court costs, sentenced to 60 days in jail (45 suspended), the defendant shall commit no offense for a period of two years, non-reporting probation to be monitored. An additional charge of domestic violence was dismissed.

• Nicholas Lamb, 38, Brookville, reckless operation, fined $250, assessed $125 court costs, sentenced to 30 days in jail, charge was amended from O.V.I. misdemeanor 1, has already three-day non-residential driving intervention program, ALS vacated. An O.V.I. charge and failure to control charge were dismissed.

• Chevy Kirby, 24, Clarksville, possession of drug abuse instruments, fined $750, assessed $125 court costs, sentenced to 90 days in jail (83 suspended), supervised probation if compliant court will suspend $500 of fines. An additional charge of conduct emergency.

• Aaron Martin, 35, Blanchester, drug paraphernalia, two charges of driving under suspicion, tag/sticker violation, registration violation, fined $510, assessed $500 court costs, sentenced to 30 days in jail (suspended), supervised probation if compliant court will suspend $250 of fine, destroy operator’s license. An additional charge of O.V.I. suspicion was dismissed.

• Brandon Wernke, 28, Wilmington, domestic violence, fined $500, assessed $125 court costs, sentenced to 60 days in jail (suspended), have no offenses for two years, monitored by non-reporting probation, no contact order is vacated.

• Ryan Poole, 24, New Vienna, driving under suspicion-financial, hit/skip, fined $200, assessed $250 court costs, must complete 20 hours of community service. An additional charge of ACDA was dismissed.

• Rhonda Childers, 48, Wilmington, disorderly conduct, fined $50, assessed $125 court costs.

• Megan Lewis, 23, Wilmington, possession of marijuana, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs, case was waived by defendant.

• Mary Griffith, 27, New Vienna, drug paraphernalia, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs, case was waived by defendant.

• William Day, 34, Clarksville, driving under suspicion-financial, fined $200, assessed $125 court costs.

• Dayne Thomas, 37, Dayton, driving under suspicion-financial, fined $100, assessed $125 court fines

• Guamantario Chuqui, 26, Martinsville, driving under 12-point suspension, fined $500, assessed $125 court costs.

• Lauren Stacey, 21, Wilmington, driving under suspicion-financial, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs. An additional charge of failure to control was dismissed.

• Halona Wisecup, 19, Wilmington, drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct, fined $200, assessed $250 court costs.

• Brandon Seaman, 34, Wilmington, drug paraphernalia, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs, case was waived by defendant.

• James Morgan, 39, Wilmington, possession of marijuana, fined $30, assessed $105 court costs.

• Hunter Valentine, 19, Martinsville, possession of marijuana, expired plates, fined $150, assessed $250 court costs.

• Douglas Rohr, 54, Cincinnati, going 100 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $125 court costs, case was waived by defendant.

• Kody Huston, 19, New Vienna, driving under suspicion-financial, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs.

• Bobbi Miley, 29, Jeffersonville, driving under suspicion-financial, fictitious registration, marked lane violation, fined $175, assessed $125 court costs, release vehicle to defendant. Pay fines for for registration and marked lane charges violation.
