WILMINGTON — The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the defendant’s name, age, residence if listed, charge(s) disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. Municipal Judge Mike Daugherty oversees the court, which administers the law in criminal misdemeanor cases.

The following pled guilty or were found guilty of crimes between Jan. 30 and Feb. 3:

• Shauna Geissinger, 53, of Blanchester, O.V.I., assured clear distance, sentenced to 180 days in jail, operator’s license suspended from Oct. 30, 2016 to Oct. 30, 2018, fined $1,175, assessed $250 court costs. Jail time is stayed to allow the defendant to complete SAQ. ALS vacated. Driving privileges granted immediately with interlock. License plates shall be impounded.

• Vanessa Leeds, 40, of Clarksville, two charges of O.V.I., reckless operation, sentenced to 420 days in jail, operator’s license suspended from Feb. 1, 2017 to Jan. 31, 2020, fined $2,150, assessed $375 court costs. The court will suspend $375 of fine for compliance. ALS vacated. No driving privileges granted. Leeds will pay costs only for the reckless operation charge which was amended from an O.V.I. charge.

• Dustin Howard, 22, of Sabina, reckless operation, fined $250, assessed $125 court costs. The charge was amended from an O.V.I. charge. The defendant has completed a three-day non-residential driver intervention program. No ALS imposed. A marked lane violation charge was dismissed.

• Jeremiah Henderson, 35, of Wilmington, reckless operation, sentenced to 30 days in jail (suspended), fined $250, assessed $125 court costs. The charge was amended from an O.V.I. charge. Henderson must complete a three-day non-residential driver intervention program. ALS vacated. An O.V.I. and a no tail lights charge were dismissed.

• Shelton Queen, 33, of New Vienna, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, sentenced to 30 days in jail (suspended), fined $250, assessed $125 court costs. Jail time was suspended on condition that Queen commit no further offenses and take part in one year of non-reporting probation. Queen must forfeit firearms to Ohio State Highway Patrol for destruction. Additional charges of C.C.W. and marijuana possession were dismissed.

• Charles Williams, 29, of West Chester, O.V.I., sentenced to 180 days in jail, operator’s license suspended from Feb. 2, 2017 to Feb. 2, 2018, fined $1,075, assessed $125 court costs.Williams will take part in supervised probation, SAQ, if the court will suspend $375 of fine for compliance. Driving privileges granted immediately. An additional O.V.I. charge was dismissed.

• Shawn Adams, 38, of Martinsville, having physical control of vehicle while under the influence, sentenced to 30 days in jail (suspended), fined $1,000, assessed $125 court costs. Adams must take part in supervised probation, SAQ, and complete three-day non-residential driver intervention program. ALS vacated. The charge was amended from an O.V.I. charge.

• Donna West, 69, of Wilmington, reckless operation, sentenced to three days in jail, assessed $125 court costs. The charge was amended from an O.V.I. charge. West is not to drive within twelve hours after taking pain meds. No ALS imposed. An additional marked lane violation charge was dismissed.

• Lance Grotevant, 44, of Wilmington, O.V.I., sentenced to 180 days in jail, operator’s license suspended from Nov. 14, 2016 to Nov. 14, 2017, fined $1,075, assessed $125 court costs. Jail time is stayed to allow the defendant to complete supervised probation. Grotevant will take part in SAQ and three-day residential driving intervention program if complaint court will suspend $375 of fine. ALS vacated. An additional O.V.I. charge along with a driving under suspension-failure to appear/pay, and a registration violation were dismissed.

• Logan Hensley, 19, theft, sentenced to 30 days in jail, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs. Hensley must have no with the victim and write a letter of apology to them. An additional charge of resisting arrest was dismissed.

• Jessica Pitzer, 31, of Wilmington, disorderly conduct, sentenced to 30 days in jail (suspended), fined $100, assessed $125 court costs. Pitzer must take part in two years of non-reporting probation and write a letter of apology to the victim.

• Brady Miller, 45, of Wilmington, tax violation, assessed $125 court costs. Miller will pay costs only.

• Alexander Martin, 30, of Mount Sterling, driving under suspension-failing to appear/pay fine, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs.

• Cyril Roush, 33, of Zanesville, driving under suspension-failing to appear/pay fine, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs.

• John Peacock, 39, of Hillsboro, driving under suspension, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs.

• Zachary Hamilton, 31, of Fairborn, reckless operation, sentenced to three days in jail (suspended), fined $250, assessed $125 court costs. The charge was amended from an O.V.I. Hamilton must complete two years of non-reporting probation. No ALS imposed.

• Michael Crawford, 30, of Wilmington, drug paraphernalia, fined $30, assessed $125 court costs.

• Christopher Osborne, 27, of Sabina, possession of marijuana, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs. The case was waived by the defendant.

• Kody Huston, 19, of Martinsville, driving under suspension-financial, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs.

• Benjiman Perry, 19, of Hamilton, going 90 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $125 court costs. The case was waived by the defendant.

• Roger Winemiller, 35, of Blanchester, possession of drug instruments, sentenced to 90 days in jail (72 days suspended), fined $750, assessed $125 court costs. Winemiller will take part in supervised probation if the compliant court will suspend $375 of fine.

• Ronald Brooks, 67, of Sabina, disorderly conduct, assessed $125 court costs. The charge was amended from an obstructing official business charge. Brooks will pays costs only.

• Hannah Lefevers, 21, of Corryton, possession of marijuana, fined $100. The case was waived by the defendant.

• Jeffrey Frazier, 19, of Wilmington, drug paraphernalia, fined $50, assessed $125 court costs. The contraband will be destroyed.

• Jessie Lytle, 23, of Sabina, possession of marijuana, fined $50, assessed $125 court costs. The contraband will be destroyed.

• Yasmeen Medley, 24, of Wilmington, drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, fined $20, assessed $125 court costs. Medley will pay fines only for the marijuana charges, and costs for paraphernalia.

• Coleton Wright, 20, of Lewis Center, going 105 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $125 court costs. The case was waived by the defendant.

• Amy Hill, 46, of Jeffersonville, driving under suspension-financial, sentenced to three days in jail (suspended), fined $125, assessed $125 court costs. An additional tag/sticker violation was dismissed. Hill needs to get license validated this month.

• Gary McLaurin, 39, of Xenia, O.V.I., sentenced to 30 days in jail (suspended), fined $500, assessed $125 court costs. McLaurin must complete a three-day non-residential intervention program and two years of non-reporting probation. ALS vacated.
