Rotary honors outstanding students

WILMINGTON — High school senior Kiona France has been selected to represent WHS as one of the Wilmington Noon Rotary Club’s March Students of the Month.

Kiona is known throughout the Wilmington community for her strong character and leadership. She serves as secretary of the Interact Club and is the editor of the yearbook.

Outside the school community, Kiona works as a waitress at Bob Evans. In her free time, she enjoys reading, watching The Voice, and spending time with family and friends.

Looking to the future, she plans to attend Bowling Green University where she will major in English. She is the daughter of Amber Cox and Darryl France.

Kiona joined other area Students of the Month at the Wilmington Noon Rotary club luncheon held at Damon’s Grill in Wilmington.
