Emergency crews were called out to the 1100 block of North State Route 134 for a fire around 7 p.m. The building was in the process of being rehabbed into a two-apartment duplex, according to a current real estate listing for the property; it is owned by Jesse Harper, according to the Clinton County Auditor’s website. Calls to the Wilmington Fire Department Monday were not immediately returned.
