Four charged with possession of heroin

WILMINGTON — A local grand jury recently indicted four people from Wilmington with possessing heroin.

Those charges plus others from the grand jury are listed below. Included are the name of the defendant, their age, town of residence, and the indictment(s) against them.

All of the alleged criminal activity occurred inside Clinton County.

• Robert J. McBee, 26, of Wilmington, was indicted with two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs and with possessing heroin.

• Christopher Fisher, 33, of Wilmington, was indicted with possessing heroin and with aggravated possession of drugs.

• Christopher A. Arrington, 35, of Wilmington, was indicted with possessing heroin and with obstructing official business.

• Elena F. Arrington, 25, of Wilmington, was indicted with possessing heroin and with obstructing official business.

• Rachel Doughman, 32, of Lynchburg, was indicted with grand theft.

• Curtis J. Dixon, 35, of Wilmington, was indicted with trafficking in marijuana, possessing marijuana and with possessing criminal tools.

• Stephanie N. Stein, 33, formerly of Wilmington, was indicted with aggravated possession of drugs.

• Aaron J. Green, 20, of Wilmington, was indicted with two counts of domestic violence.

• Rebekah Spangler, 40, of Clarksville, was indicted with illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs.

• Michael V. Magaha Jr., 48, of Clarksville, was indicted with illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs.

• Edwin A. Daley, 25, with listed addresses of Columbus and Bethel, was indicted with failing to comply with an order or signal of a police officer.

• Tanbir Khan, 25, with listed addresses of Hilliard, Ohio and Bronx, N.Y., was indicted with failing to comply with an order or signal of a police officer.

• Michael A. Binegar, 55, of Hillsboro, was indicted with two counts of driving while under the influence.

• Clifford C. Stephens, 34, of Blanchester, was indicted with domestic violence, aggravated burglary, petty theft, disrupting public services and abduction.

• Miranda Allen, 30, of Wilmington, was indicted with failing to appear for court.

• Hezekiah Rollins, 35, of Wilmington, was indicted with failing to appear for court.

• Jason L. Harris, 33, of Wilmington, was indicted with failing to appear for court.

• Robert J.D. McBee, 26, with listed addresses of Blanchester and Wilmington, was indicted with failing to appear for court.

• Elizabeth Berg, 34, no residence listed, was indicted with failing to appear for court.

• Robert Shaeffer, 53, of Wilmington, was indicted with failing to appear for court.

• Jessica Stroup, 46, of Cincinnati, was indicted with failing to appear for court.
