WILMINGTON — The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the defendant’s name, age, residence if listed, charge(s) disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. Municipal Judge Mike Daugherty oversees the court, which administers the law in criminal misdemeanor cases.

The following pled guilty or were found guilty between April 10 and April 21:

• Chatney White, 34, of Wilmington, O.V.I., sentenced to 180 days in jail, operator’s license suspended from Nov. 23, 2016 to May 23, 2017, fined $875, assessed $125 court costs. White must complete a three-day residential driver intervention program. White will complete driver improvement program if the compliant court will suspend $375 of fine. ALS vacated, limited driving privileges granted effective May 23, 2017. Additional charges of driving under suspension-reinstatement fee and failure to control were dismissed.

• Mayhala Medley, 22, of Wilmington, O.V.I., sentenced to 180 days in jail (174 days suspended), operator’s license suspended from April 12, 2017 to April 12, 2018, fined $1,075, assessed $125 court costs. Medley will take part in supervised probation, SAQ, and report immediately to probation upon release April 19, 2017 if the compliant court will suspend $375 of fine. No ALS imposed, driving privileges granted effective May 12, 2017. Additional charges of driving under suspension charge and no tail light violation were dismissed.

• Bryan Burden, 57, of Houston, Tex., having physical control of a vehicle while under the influence, sentenced to 180 days in jail, fined $1,000, assessed $125 court costs. The charge was amended from an O.V.I. high test. Burden completed a program in Texas. ALS vacated. An additional O.V.I. charge and marked lane violation were dismissed.

• Rachel Long, 36, of Wilmington, theft, disorderly conduct, sentenced to 10 days in jail (suspended), fined $100, assessed $250 court costs. Long must write a letter of apology to the victim and must have no contact with them. Long must commit no similar offenses and be on good behavior. Long will take part in non-reporting probation, and must either perform eight hours of community service or make a financial contribution to the City of Wilmington in the sum of $64. The disorderly conduct charge was amended from a domestic violence charge and pay costs only. An additional charge of possession of criminal tools was dismissed.

• Jeremy Jean, 27, of Clarksville, domestic violence, fined $100, assessed $3 court costs suspended). Jean must commit no offenses for two years and take part in non-reporting probation.

• Scott Brannon, 34, of Wilmington, disorderly conduct, sentenced to 30 days in jail (suspended), fined $250, assessed $125 court costs. The charge was amended from a domestic violence charge. An additional drug paraphernalia charge were dismissed.

• Ronald Brooks, 30, of Sabina, unauthorized use of property, possession of drug instruments, sentenced to 90 days in jail (85 days suspended), operator’s license suspended from April 11, 2017 to May 11, 2017, assessed $250 court costs. The unauthorized use of property charge was amended from an unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

• Evan Oliver, 43, of Leesburg, possession of drugs, sentenced to 180 days in jail (suspended), fined $1,000, assessed $125 court costs. Oliver shall commit no offenses for two years in Ohio.

• Zachariah Gregory, 25, of Blanchester, two counts of possession of criminal tools, cultivate marijuana, sentenced to 180 days in jail (suspended), fined $600, assessed $305 court costs ($180 suspended). Gregory must complete 180 institute successfully.

• Brook Fudge, 22, of Xenia, reckless operation, going 97 in a 55 mph speed zone, operator’s license suspended from April 18, 2017 to April 28, 2017, fined $50, assessed $250 court costs. Fudge will pay costs only for the reckless operation charge. Driving privileges granted for work, operator’s license returned in 10 days.

• Danielle Hibbs, 34, of Wilmington, failure to control, fined $30, assessed $125 court costs. The case was waived by the defendant.

• Tyana Campbell, 32, of Wilmington, disorderly conduct, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs. The charge was amended from an assault charge.

• Brenda Jett, 45, of Leesburg, disorderly conduct, sentenced to 30 days in jail (29 suspended), fined $250, assessed $125 court costs.

• Michael Graham, 19, of Sabina, possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, fined $200, assessed $250 court costs. The contraband was ordered to be forfeited for destruction.

• Kody Huston, 19, of New Vienna, driving under suspension-reinstatement fee, fined $250, assessed $125 court costs.

• Douglas Smith, 38, of Wilmington, disorderly conduct, fined $50, assessed $125 court costs.

• Ryan Hatley, 34, of Blanchester, credit misuse, sentenced to 180 days in jail, fined $1,000, assessed $125 court costs.

• Anthony Hubbard, 29, of Wilmington, possession of marijuana, fined $30, assessed $125 court costs.

• Alexis Grierson, 20, of Dayton, possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, fined $60, assessed $250 court costs.

• Chelsey Branscomb, 22, of New Vienna, reckless operation, fined $500, assessed $125 court costs. The charge was amended from an O.V.I. charge. ALS vacated. A littering and an additional O.V.I. charge was dismissed.

• Nabil Wadih, 22, of Cincinnati, going 96 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $75, assessed $125 court costs.

• Faith Marion, 29, of Clarksville, possession of drug instruments, sentenced to 90 days in jail, fined $750, assessed $125 court costs.

• Jamar Glover, 28, of Washington Court House, assault, sentenced to 180 days in jail, fined $1,000, assessed $125 court costs. Glover must have no contact with the victim and write a letter of apology.

• Jamie Ross, 54, of Clarksville, drug paraphernalia, operator’s license suspended from April 13, 2017 to May 13, 2017, fined $125, assessed $125 court costs. Ross must forfeit contraband for destruction.

• Joshua Howard, 19, of Grove City, going 94 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $125 court costs. The case was waived by the defendant.

• Adam Debord, 28, of Clarksville, driving under suspension-failure to appear/pay fine, fictitious registration, fined $225, assessed $125 court costs. Operator’s license to be given to Bureau of Motor Vehicles for destruction. Debord will pay fines only for the fictitious registration charge.

• Roy Ramirez, 29, of Columbus, possession of marijuana, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs. The case was waived by the defendant.

• Erica Johnson, 39, of Wilmington, child endangerment, sentenced to 180 days in jail (suspended), fined $1,000, assessed $125 court costs. Johnson must successfully complete 180 institutes. Additional charges of possession of drug instruments and drug paraphernalia were dismissed.

• Brandon Jones, 22, of Jamestown, possession of drugs, drug paraphernalia, fined $200, assessed $125 court costs. The cases were waived by the defendant.

• Doddi Holton, 28, of Cincinnati, going 90 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $125 court costs. The case was waived by the defendant.

• Joshua Katz, 25, of Cincinnati, going 93 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $125 court costs. The case was waived by the defendant.

• Michael Crawford, 30, of Sabina, driving under suspension-financial, fined $50, assessed $125 court costs. Vehicle to be released.

• Cody Curtis, 28, of Jamestown, driving under suspension-financial, registration violation, fined $50, assessed $250 court costs. Vehicle to be released and tags returned. Curtis will pay costs only for the registration violation charge. An additional charge of O.V.I. suspension was dismissed.

• Kevin Stricklin, 21, of Pleasant Plain, failure to control, fined $30, assessed $125 court costs. The case was waived by the defendant.

• Brent Rinehart, 40, of Hillsboro, driving under suspension-financial, loud exhaust, fined $50, assessed $250 court costs.

• Brian Clark, 37, of Hillsboro, disorderly conduct, fined $30, assessed $125 court costs. The charge was amended from a possession of marijuana charge.

• Tyler Simmons, 24, of Sabina, possession of marijuana, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs. The case was waived by the defendant.

• Laron Taylor, 18, of Xenia, possession of marijuana, fined $100. The case was waived by the defendant.

• Christopher Osborne, 27, of possession of marijuana, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs. The case was waived by the defendant.

• Brandon Lynch, 20, of Clarksville, reckless operation, fined $105, assessed $125 court costs.
