Animals Express 4-H plants tree

Members of the Animals Express 4-H club recently planted a tree in honor of Arbor Day. The flowering pear tree was planted at the Laurels of Blanchester. Members shown are, from left, Bradley Brown, Caleb Brown, Kevin Foster, Nathan Foster and Myah Jones. Animals Express thanks the Laurels of Blanchester for helping them complete one of their community service goals for this 4-H season. Animals Express has now completed two of their planned service projects, along with creating and sending a care package to a soldier deployed to Turkey. Next the Clinton County 4-H club will be volunteering their time at a local horse rescue. — Bradley Brown, Animals Express 4-H Club Reporter
