Wilmington police reports

WILMINGTON — The following report is generated from reports provided by the Wilmington Police Department. All those arrested are presumed innocent until possibly proven guilty in court. Incidents are presumed to be under investigation. Charges may be dropped or changed in court.

Wilmington police recently processed the following reports:

• Police responded to the report of a bar fight on West Sugartree Street at 2:21 a.m. on May 21. According to the report, police saw a 23-year-old male from Yuma, Ariz., being detained by bouncers. Authorities walked him outside. The report indicates he tried to pull away from the officers and was cursing and using racial slurs. Witnesses said the suspect was hitting and swinging at people and had been yelling until he was detained. No charges were filed and the suspect was released to the control of his mother.

• At 3 p.m. on May 21, a 57-year-old female reported a theft of checks that occurred at the 900 block of North Lincoln Street.

• At 6:12 p.m. on May 21, a 30-year-old female reported that she could not find her purse. She advised she was at a bar on West Sugartree Street the previous night and now couldn’t find it. The purse had around $200, a pink wallet, and a bottle of seizure medication.

• Police responded to a breaking and entering report at the 100 block of High Street at 5:53 p.m. on May 22. According to the report, a toolbox and stove were listed as stolen.

• Police responded to a burglary report at the 100 block of North Spring Street at 7:40 p.m. on May 22. The report lists a 12 gauge bolt action shotgun, a Playstation 4, a laptop, an iPod, and a chrome exhaust tip as stolen.

• Police were dispatched to a report of an alleged assault at an apartment on Sparta Avenue at 9:07 a.m. on May 23. The report lists a 42-year-old male as a victim and a 44-year-old female as a suspect.

• At 9:44 p.m. on May 23, a 31-year-old male reported firearms stolen from his residence at the 200 block of A Street. The report lists three .22 caliber firearms, a scope, and a rifle and pistol case as stolen. A 33-year-old male is listed as a suspect.

• At 8:44 a.m. on May 24, a 32-year-old female called to report items were stolen from her vehicle at her residence at the 100 block of Columbus Street. The report lists a new pair of Nike running shoes and an armband designed to hold an iPhone S7 plus. The report lists a 38-year-old female as a suspect.

• At 12:34 p.m. on May 24, a 46-year-old reported that a concrete giraffe was stolen from her backyard sometime overnight at the 200 block of North Lincoln Street.

• At 4:24 p.m. on May 25, police received a report that a blue three-wheel bike was stolen from a residence at the 1-99 block of Hale Street.

• At 11:18 a.m. on May 26, police received a report of an alleged rape that took place at the 200 block of Prairie Avenue. The report lists a 61-year-old female as the victim and a 39-year-old male as a suspect.

• At 5:57 p.m. on May 26, a shoplifting at a store on Progress Way was reported. A 19-year-old female suspect alleged shoplifted a beach bag.

• At 8:48 a.m. on May 27, a 73-year-old male reported his John Deere self-propelled mower was stolen from his residence at the 200 block of North South Street.

• At 10:15 p.m. on May 28, a 52-year-old female reported that several items were taken from her residence at the 2900 block of State Route 134 South. The report lists two epileptic and seizure medications, a ruby ring, an Irish bracelet, and Obsession perfume as stolen. A 36-year-old female is listed as a suspect.

Wilmington police also recently charged the following people:

• Camelia Alfrey, 25, of Urbana, was charged with 12 counts of alleged theft, alleged criminal mischief, alleged no operator’s license, alleged failure to appear on a theft charge, alleged falsification, alleged failure to appear on a larceny charge, and alleged larceny.

• Joseph Sturgill, 36, of Blanchester, was charged with alleged O.V.I. and allegedly driving under suspension.

• Ashley Pfromm, 32, of Wilmington, was charged with allegedly endangering children and alleged illegal use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Nichole Bush, 23, of Wilmington, was charged with illegal use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Jacob Davis, 26, of Wilmington, was charged with allegedly endangering children and allegedly possessing drug abuse instrument.

• Sarah Stevenson, 37, of Wilmington, was charged with allegedly possessing drug abuse instrument.

• Levi Hollingsworth, 27, of Wilmington, was charged with allegedly having weapons while under disability and allegedly carrying a concealed handgun.

• Joey Vitale, 29, of Wilmington, was charged with allegedly possessing drug abuse instruments.

• Elizabeth Roberts, 39, of Wilmington, was charged with allegedly driving under suspension.

• Crystal Lewis, 29, of Wilmington, was charged with alleged O.V.I.-suspension.

• Kenyon Webster, 37, of Wilmington, was charged with allegedly endangering children and alleged domestic violence.

• Damaal Lattimore, 24, of Wilmington, was charged with alleged domestic violence.

• Lindsey Adams, 32, of Wilmington, was charged with three counts of alleged child endangerment.

• Iesha Heard, 22, of Wilmington, was charged with alleged marijuana possession.

• Jennifer Norman, 34, of Lebanon, was charged with alleged disorderly conduct.

• Michael Gilliam, 63, of Goshen, was charged with alleged disorderly conduct.

• Michael Jessmer, 22, of Bloomington, Ind., was charged with alleged marijuana possession and alleged marijuana paraphernalia possession.

• Jarrod Davis, 33, of Wilmington, was charged with alleged domestic violence and alleged child endangerment.
