WILMINGTON – HealthFirst for Clinton County, along with the Clinton County Health District, is seeking local feedback on important health issues in the community.

To collect this feedback, HealthFirst is asking Clinton County residents to complete a brief survey regarding areas of opportunity for local health issues which were identified in a Clinton County 2015 Health Needs Assessment. Data collected from this survey will help HealthFirst create a more focused strategic plan with the goal to better increase the county’s overall quality of life.

Residents of Clinton County can find the survey link on HealthFirst for Clinton County’s Facebook and Twitter page, as well as their website www.healthfirst-cc-oh.org/. Residents can also access the survey directly through the following link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/NHB83LK .

The survey will close on July 11.

HealthFirst for Clinton County is a multi-million dollar community foundation which evolved from the former CMH Foundation, which was affiliated with Clinton Memorial Hospital until the governmental hospital sold to a for-profit entity in December of 2010.

HealthFirst supports the social service, pharmaceutical and transportation needs of area residents with documented need for assistance.

HealthFirst also supports other worthy community initiatives and operates the Patient Medication Assistance Program (PMAP) in a collaboration with the Clinton County Commissioners and the Clinton County Health Department. PMAP helps area residents apply for free and/or reduced cost medications from major drug-makers.
