BLANCHESTER — The Blanchester Class of 1957 held its 60-year reunion on May 27. Classmates and their guests gathered at Blanchester High School, enjoying an afternoon of reminiscing, catching up and continuing friendships of 60-plus years.
There were many fun moments of laughter, hugs, and delicious appetizers and desserts.
Evening brought forth a more formal setting with dinner and awards. White linen tablecloths with royal blue napkins — the school colors — were accented by candy-filled favor boxes.
In memory of those classmates recently deceased and dearly missed, a special award was presented to the Music Department.

Present but not pictured were Marilynn Wilson wife of Danny Wilson, Kenny Richardson husband of Helen Docter, Len Orme husband of Ann Orme, Martha Dewey-Jacoby and Don Thompson. The class also was honored by the presence of Carlton and Carolyn Binkley.
