WILMINGTON — The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the defendant’s name, age, residence if listed, charge(s) disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. Municipal Judge Mike Daugherty oversees the court, which administers the law in criminal misdemeanor cases.

The following pled guilty or were found guilty between July 3 and July 7:

• Danny Pack, Jr., 52, of Sabina, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, sentenced to 30 days in jail (suspended), fined $250, assessed $125 court costs. Pack must take part in two years of non-reporting probation and commit no offenses for two years. An additional charge of obstructing official business.

• Seth Helterbran, 33, of Sabina, disorderly conduct, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs. Helterbran must pay restitution to the sum of $79.40 to the Sabina Fire Department.

• Kendra McKinney, 28, of Sabina, disorderly conduct, trespassing, sentenced to 60 days in jail (16 days suspended), fined $200, assessed $250 court costs. McKinney must take part in supervised probation with mental health evaluation. An additional disorderly conduct charge was dismissed.

• Ronald Brooks, 29, of Sabina, two counts of driving under O.V.I. suspension, drug instrument possession, having an open container of alcohol in prohibited premise, sentenced to 16 days in jail (ten days suspended), fined $400, assessed $375 court costs. Brooks must commit no offenses for one year and take part in non-reporting probation. An additional charge of trespassing was dismissed.

• Joshua Davis, 30, of Sabina, obstructing official business, theft, trespassing sentenced to 270 days in jail, fined $375, assessed $250 court costs. A disorderly conduct charge was dismissed.

• Jacob Davis, 26, of Wilmington, driving under suspension-failing to reinstate, drug instrument possession, child endangerment, sentenced to 360 days in jail (suspended) fined $200, assessed $250 court costs. Davis must take part in supervised probation. An additional marked lane violation was dismissed.

• Carie Keoler, 35, of Fairfield, having physical control of a vehicle while under the influence, sentenced to 30 days in jail, operator’s license suspended from July 6, 2017 to Jan. 6, 2018, fined $375, assessed $125 court costs. The charge was amended from an O.V..I. charge. Keoler must complete a three-day non-residential driver intervention program. No ALS imposed. Additional charges driving under suspension. drug paraphernalia and marijuana possession were dismissed.

• Ashley Pfromm, 32, of Wilmington, child endangerment, marijuana possession, sentenced to 180 days in jail (suspended), fined $200, assessed $125 court costs. Pfromm must take part in supervised probation. A drug paraphernalia charge was dismissed.

• Jakobe Ford, 19, of Beavercreek, drug possession, drug paraphernalia, driving under suspension-financial, fined $255, assessed $250 court costs.

• Marcus Robinson, Jr., 25, of Blanchester, drug possession, fined $100.

• Layne Hall, 21, of Wilmington, obstruction official business, seat belt violation, fined $155, assessed $250 court costs. Hall is to have no contact with the victims.

• Douglas Sweeney, 41, of Clarksville, driving under suspension-financial, fined $125, assessed $125 court costs. An additional charge of driving under suspension-failing to reinstate was dismissed.

• Charles McMillian, 25, of Clarksville, driving under suspension-failing to appear/pay fine, fined $125, assessed $125 court costs.

• Jesse Fabrizio, 33, of Mount Vernon, going 90 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $125 court costs. The case was waived by the defendant.

• Katelynn Parker, 22, of Hillsboro, theft, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs.

• Marvin Renner, 41, of Bethel, drug instrument possession, sentenced to 90 days in jail (suspended), fined $150, assessed $125 court costs. Renner must commit no offenses for two years and take part in non-reporting probation.

• Randall Norman, 27, of Mt. Sterling, driving under suspension-failing to reinstate, fined $125, assessed $125 court cost.

• Edward Reid, 48, of Wilmington, driving under suspension-financial, fined $50, assessed $125 court costs. An additional seat belt violation and a driving under suspension-financial charge were dismissed.

• Charles Thompson, Jr., 46, of Columbus, drug paraphernalia, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs. The case was waived by the defendant.

• Keith Sturdivant, 51, of Florence, going 90 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $125 court costs. The case was waived by the defendant.

• Shreyasi Parkhi, 26, of Columbus, going 91 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $125 court cost. The case was waived by the defendant.
