WILMINGTON — The 23rd annual Kids & Company Drama Camp is this week at the Boyd Cultural Arts Center at Wilmington College.

Guest artists and drama camp staff are teaching special sessions during the week on acting, stage combat, dance, singing, theatre games, costumes and makeup.

This week-long theater intensive camp includes kids and teens 11 to 17 years old, and meets for seven hours each weekday.

The week’s activities will conclude with a special Friday afternoon performance on Aug. 4 in the Heiland Theatre of the Boyd Cultural Arts Center for their family and friends.

This year’s camp is led by Lois A. Hock, professor of theatre at Wilmington College and Ken and Tara Lydy, both with Wilmington College.
