WILMINGTON — The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the defendant’s name, age, residence if listed, charge(s) disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. Municipal Judge Mike Daugherty oversees the court, which administers the law in criminal misdemeanor cases.

The following pled guilty or were found guilty between July 24 and July 28:

• Cassady Osborn, 18, of Hillsboro, O.V.I., sentenced to 180 days in jail (177 days suspended), operator’s license suspended from July 25, 2017, to July 25, 2018, fined $375, assessed $125 court costs. Osborn completed a three-day residential driver intervention program. Driving privileges granted effective July 25, 2017. Operator’s license must be taken to Bureau of Motor Vehicle to be destroyed. An O.V.I.- high test charge and an obedience to traffic control device violation were dismissed.

• Ursula Lotter, 25, of Wilmington, animal cruelty, sentenced to 90 days in jail (suspended), assessed $125 court costs. Lotter must pay restitution of $705 to the Clinton County Dog Warden.

• Jason Hubbell, 28, of Wilmington, animal cruelty, sentenced to 90 days in jail (suspended), assessed $125 court costs. Hubbell must pay restitution of $2,115 to Clinton County Dog Warden. Two additional animal cruelty charges were dismissed.

• Donald Reynolds III, 43, of Wilmington, drug instrument possession, two counts of drug paraphernalia, sentenced to 150 days in jail (suspended), fined $350, assessed $125 court costs. Reynolds must commit no offenses in Clinton County for the rest of 2017 and have no alcohol or drugs.

• Damaal Lattimore, 24, of Wilmington, domestic violence, receiving stolen property, sentenced to 60 days in jail, fined $500, assessed $250 court costs. Lattimore must have no contact with the victim and write a letter of apology to victim. An additional domestic violence charge and a marijuana possession charge were dismissed.

• Lisa Tucker, 49, of Wilmington, two counts of O.V.I.-suspension, sentenced to 60 days in jail, operator’s license suspended from Sept. 20, 2017, to Sept. 20, 2018, fined $750, assessed $250 court costs. A failure to control charge was dismissed.

• Brandi Henderson, 45, of Martinsville, drug instrument possession, sentenced to 180 days in jail (suspended), assessed $125 court costs. Jail time suspended on full compliance with Common Pleas Communication Services Program. Henderson must take nonreporting reporting probation for two years and have no offenses.

• Pamela Harner, 53, of Wilmington, theft, sentenced to three days in jail (suspended), fined $100, assessed $125 court costs. Harner must write a letter of apology to the victim and either complete eight hours of community service or make a financial contribution to the City of Wilmington — pay the clerk of court $64.

• Megan Purtee, 28, of Wilmington, reckless operation, sentenced to 30 days in jail (suspended), fined $250, assessed $125 court costs. The charge was amended from an O.V.I. charge. Purtee must complete a three-day non-residential intervention program. Purtee must have no further offenses for two years and take part in nonreporting probation. An O.V.I. -under the influence of alcohol/drugs was dismissed.

• Nayan Patel, 33, of Wilmington, disorderly conduct, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs. The charge was amended from a selling alcohol to underage person charge.

• Ramicka Dickerson, 29, theft, sentenced to one day in jail. Fines and costs were waived.

• Keaton Johnson, 22, of Blanchester, driving under suspension-financial, fined $250, assessed $125 court costs. Johnson’s operator’s license was ordered destroyed.

• Jodi Tompkins, 23, driving under suspension-financial, fined $125, assessed $125 court costs.

• Sonny Allender, 20, of Wilmington, drug paraphernalia, fined $125, assessed $125 court costs. The contraband was ordered destroyed.

• William Campanaro, 39, of Hillsboro, open container of alcohol, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs.

• Patricia Wood, 35, of Sabian, driving under suspension-financial, fined $125, assessed $125 court costs. A driving under suspension-failing to reinstate charge was dismissed.

• Brandon Calloway, 28, of Blanchester, driving under suspension-failing to appear/pay fine, fined $500, assessed $125 court costs. The court will suspend fine if the defendant gets operator’s license in good order.

• Ryan Burnett, 41, of Mowrystown, disorderly conduct, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs. The charge was amended from a marijuana possession charge.

• Jason Prible, 22, of Bluffton, disorderly conduct, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs. The charge was amended from a drug paraphernalia charge. A marijuana possession charge was dismissed.

• Christopher Baker, 33, of Pleasant Plain, receiving stolen property, sentenced to 10 days in jail (suspended), fined $100, assessed $125 court costs.

• Christine Warkentine, 41, of Wilmington, theft, sentenced to 10 days in jail, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs. Warkentine must pay $98 in restitution to the victim and write a letter of apology.

• Robin Dunn, 61, of Wilmington, disorderly conduct, $50, assessed $125 court costs. The charge was amended from a selling alcohol to underage person charge.

• Shawn Rowlands, 33, Leesburg, drug instrument possession, sentenced to 30 days in jail (suspended), fined $250, assessed $125 court costs. Rowlands must commit no offenses and nonreporting probation for two years.

• Cameron Pace, 18, of Wilmington, marijuana possession, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs.

• Robert Stone, 20, of Wilmington, drug paraphernalia, fined $50, assessed $125 court costs.

• Larry Tackett, 36, of Frankford, marijuana possession, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs. A drug paraphernalia charge was dismissed.

• Erica Mack, 21, of Louisville, going 95 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $125 court costs. The case was waived by the defendant.

• Ismail Baytarov, 21, of Louisville, going 93 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $125 court costs. The case was waived by the defendant.

• Patricia Farrell, 59, of Cincinnati, failure to control, fined $30, assessed $125 court costs. The case was waived by the defendant.

• Kernie Gipson, 38, of Wilmington, failure to control, fined $30, assessed $125 court costs.

• Jerry Goldie, 41, of Wilmington, drug paraphernalia, fined $125, assessed $125 court costs. Goldie must forfeit contraband for destruction.

• Jason Browning, 39, of New Vienna, negligent assault, sentenced to ten days in jail (suspended), assessed $125 court costs. The charge was amended from a domestic violence charge.

• Darren Johnson, 54, of Bentel, having physical control of a vehicle while under the influence, sentenced to 60 days in jail (suspended), fined $250, assessed $125 court costs. The charge was amended from an O.V.I. charge. Johnson must have no alcohol or drug offenses and must take part in two years of nonreporting probation. A drug paraphernalia charge was dismissed.

• Katherin Wagner, 21, of Cincinnati, reckless operation, sentenced to 30 days in jail (suspended), fined $500, assessed $125 court costs. The charge was amended from an O.V.I. charge. Wagner must complete three-days of non-residential driver intervention program and two years of nonreporting probation. If compliant, the court will suspend $250 of fine.
