WILMINGTON — The First Caring Citizens’ Congress of Wilmington invites you to the Civil Society Testimonial Fair. It will be held 10:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 26 at the Wilmington Public Library Kirk Room, 268 N. South Street.

Learn about the First Caring Citizens’ Congress of Wilmington and share as a community. Meet local caring citizens of civil society organizations, government and businesses who will explain their programs.

In addition, you’re invited to offer your testimony for the group to video that tells how you respect, protect, promote and participate in human rights locally.
