Juvenile facing drug charges following arrest at Bluestone Inn

WASHINGTON C.H. — A juvenile accused of domestic violence was allegedly found with methamphetamine and Percocet pills at the Bluestone Inn on Columbus Avenue Saturday night.

The reported victim of domestic violence provided officers from the Washington C.H. Police Department a written statement and requested that charges be filed against the 17-year-old male. At around 10:30 p.m., officers located the juvenile suspect at the Bluestone Inn, 1809 Columbus Ave., and advised him he was under arrest for domestic violence, according to reports.

As the juvenile was handcuffed, officers searched the hotel room and spoke with other individuals who were inside the room at the time.

Methamphetamine and Percocet pills inside of baggies were found on the juvenile’s person, according to reports. Drug paraphernalia items were also located.

In addition to the domestic violence charge, the 17-year-old was charged with two counts of possession of drugs (fifth-degree felonies) and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. According to the report, the paraphernalia included a pen converted to snort drugs, one piece of glass used to snort drugs from, one scale and razor blades.

The juvenile was transported to the juvenile detention center in Chillicothe and his parents were advised of the court date and time.
