WILMINGTON — The following report is generated from incident reports provided by the Wilmington Police Department. All those arrested are presumed innocent until possibly found guilty in court. Charges may be dropped or changed in court.

Wilmington police recently charged the following people:

• Christopher Antencio, 28, of Savannah, Georgia, was charged with allegedly obstructing official business and persisting disorderly conduct.

• Luke Pummell, 21, of Sabina, was charged with alleged theft.

• Thomas Dent, 55, of Wilmington, was charged with alleged domestic violence.

• Bethany Bricker, 25, of Wilmington, was charged with alleged criminal trespass, theft, and possessing a drug abuse instrument.

• Tag Williams, 18, of Blanchester, was charged with allegedly having physical control of a vehicle while under the influence.

• Joshua Polley, 25, of Wilmington, was charged with allegedly driving while under the influence and an alleged marked lanes violation.

• Jaime Woehrer, 28, of Wilmington, was charged with alleged drug abuse instrument possession.

• Lisa Penn, 46, of Wilmington, was charged with allegedly driving while under the influence and slow speed.

• Tasha Shiner, 24, of Wilmington, was charged with alleged disorderly conduct.

• Thomas Comberger, 24, of Wilmington, was charged with alleged disorderly conduct.

• Jason Bunch, 36, of Xenia, was charged with alleged theft.

• Jamie Ross, 55, of Wilmington, was charged with alleged illegal use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

Wilmington police also recently processed the following reports:

• At 2:08 p.m. on Sept. 9, a 37-year-old Clarksville male reported the theft of his Champion portable generator. According to the victim, he advised that it was in the garage at his daughter’s house on North South Street in Wilmington.

• At 5:07 p.m. on Sept. 9, police arrested a male juvenile for a robbery that occurred at the 200 block of Clinton Street. According to the report, no items were taken but police seized multiple items as evidence including a BB gun, a light blue Jordan hat, a gray hoodie, a Japan Movement watch, and a backpack with its contents.

• Police responded to an alleged heroin overdose at an apartment on Randolph Street at 11:02 p.m. on Sept. 9. According to the report, a 37-year-old male was found passed out with a pulse and with labored breathing. The caller advised that the victim doesn’t do drugs. Emergency Services arrived and administered Narcan to the victim, who was later transported to Clinton Memorial Hospital. When officers interviewed him, he said he didn’t use heroin but did take half of a Percocet he bought at a gas station.

• At 3:55 p.m. on Sept. 10, a 70-year-old male reported that a 20-year-old female relative from South Lebanon had stolen his credit card. Police tracked down transactions made with the card and later called the suspect advising her she was being charged.

• At 11:49 a.m. on Sept. 11, a 41-year-old male reported that his gold-colored Rampage Thruster BMX bike with orange accents was taken. The victim advised that it was stolen from the front porch of his residence at the 300 block of North Spring Street.

• At 1:35 p.m. on Sept. 11, a 29-year-old male reported that someone had tampered with his car. He stated that sometime overnight, someone opened the hood and damaged two fuses in the fuse box by “punching them” with a screwdriver. He also stated that it appeared as if someone placed transmission fluid in the oil reservoir. The victim advised that he suspected two males, ages 31 and 43, of doing it. Police said unless there was a witness to it they couldn’t do anything.

• At 9 p.m. on Sept. 11, police began an investigation into a theft that took place on the 1000 block of Southridge Avenue. No stolen items were listed.

• At 9:43 p.m. on Sept. 11, a 31-year-old female reported she was assaulted. There was no further information.

• At 9:05 a.m. on Sept. 12, a 30-year-old Port William male reported that over the weekend someone stole a Hammer drill and batteries with charges from his truck at the 700 block of West Locust Street.

• At 11:11 a.m. on Sept. 12, Wilmington Police Department received a call from Highland County Sheriff’s Office who advised they had a warrant for a 15-year-old male juvenile. According to the report, the charge was for alleged gross sexual imposition. Officers responded to the high school where they were advised the juvenile never came to school. They responded to the juvenile’s address in Wilmington where he was found and taken into custody and later turned over to the Highland County Juvenile Probation Chief.

• At 2:20 p.m. on Sept. 12, a 68-year-old Clarksville female told police that $80 of pesticide was stolen from a residence at the 200 block of East Locust Street, which she owns. According to the victim, the pesticides were stolen from her garage behind the residence.

• At 2:02 a.m. on Sept. 13, authorities seized drugs and drug paraphernalia from a vehicle at a gas station on South Street. According to the report, police seized a hypodermic needle, one Buprenorphine pill, five Buspirone pills, and a Buspirone Hydrochloride pill. A 38-year-old female was listed as a suspect.

• At 9:32 a.m. on Sept. 13, a 30-year-old female called police wanting to document an incident. According to her, on Sept. 10, her 10-month-old son was outside her residence on Howard Street walking and crawling around. According to her, the child starting favoring one his feet. She then discovered the metal tip of a hypodermic syringe lodged in his foot. She stated she took the child to Clinton Memorial Hospital to be treated, including getting blood work to make sure the child didn’t get any diseases. Police advised to let them know what the results of the test were.

• At 2:41 p.m. on Sept. 13, police and emergency service personnel responded to the 300 block of Curtis Drive on the report of an alleged overdose. According to the report, when officials arrived a subject was already working on a 29-year-old male who “appeared to be in pretty bad shape.” Narcan was administered to the victim which brought him back to life. Police spoke with family members about whether or not the victim took drugs and they said no and that he works all the time. He allegedly had the flu or something similar. Police said he must have been using drugs since Narcan doesn’t work on anything else. A subject said he took Percocet now and again, she also advised he “likes to snort the pain pills.” A copy of the report was forwarded to Children Services due to children being present during the incident.

• Police responded to a breaking and entering at the 200 block of North Lincoln Street at 4:14 p.m. on Sept. 13. According to the report, a 62-year-old male told police someone broke into the garage by kicking in the door. The victim said the garage was used for storage. The report listed a grill, a construction fan, and miscellaneous tools as stolen. Police collected multiple items as evidence including latent prints, a pack of cigarettes, an electric adapter, a two-liter bottle of pop, cigarette butts, a hat, and a stereo receiver.

• Police responded to the Fire Department to help catch a raccoon that was caught in an air compressor. Police and firemen tried to catch it in a snare but the raccoon ran out of the compressor out the back door and was last seen going southbound.

• At 11:41 a.m. on Sept. 14, police responded to the 1-99 block of North Wall Street on the report of a break-in on city-owned property. The report indicates there was damage done but didn’t specify.
