The new sidewalk along Truesdell Street in Wilmington is now being utilized by pedestrians, in this instance the Ben and Katrina Dean Family. On a recent morning the parents and their home-schooled children Ethan, Samuel and Landon were taking a walk or a ride on the new concrete pathway. The mother said she loves the sidewalk.
