13 charged with heroin dealing

WILMINGTON — A grand jury has indicted 24 people on charges of dealing some form of prohibited drug in Clinton County.

Of those alleged to have dealt drugs, 13 people are specifically charged with trafficking of heroin.

Below are the names of people indicted earlier this month by a Clinton County grand jury, their ages, towns of residence, and the particular charges against them as handed up by the grand jurors. The defendants are presumed innocent of the accusation unless they are found guilty by a court.

Josef C. Drigotas, 30, of Wilmington, was charged with two counts of trafficking in heroin.

Lucas G. Foster, 26, of Wilmington, was charged with four counts of trafficking in heroin.

Bradley A. Bennett, 29, of Wilmington, was charged with two counts of trafficking in heroin.

Jacqueline L. Coleman, 37, of Wilmington, was charged with two counts of trafficking in heroin.

Jason D. Reeder, 41, of Wilmington, was charged with two counts of trafficking in heroin.

Mellason C. Yeary, 38, with an unknown address but formerly of Wilmington, was charged with two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs and two counts of trafficking in heroin.

Anthony S. Simich, 31, formerly of Wilmington and now of Hillsboro, was charged with two counts of trafficking in heroin.

Heather L. Camp, 29, of the Ohio Reformatory for Women, Marysville, Ohio, was charged with two counts of trafficking in heroin.

Donna R. Lancen, 26, of Sabina, was charged with two counts of trafficking in heroin.

Sandra K. Lamb, 25, of Wilmington, was charged with three counts of trafficking in heroin.

Dominic J. Melvin, 31, of Wilmington, was charged with two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs and with two counts of trafficking in heroin.

Phillip A. Watson, 31, of Wilmington, was charged with two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs and with four counts of trafficking in heroin.

Jackson D. Creamer, 34, of Port William, was charged with two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs.

Tanis R. Marlin, 44, of Wilmington, was charged with permitting drug abuse, aggravated possession of drugs, and three counts of possessing drugs.

Bryce D. Ballein, 23, of Hillsboro, was charged with two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs.

Ashleigh P. Myers, 28, of Wilmington, was charged with two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs.

Stephen T. McManima, 24, of Portsmouth, was charged with two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs.

Zachary A.C. Hansford, 22, of Wilmington, was charged with trafficking in marijuana and with aggravated possession of drugs.

Jesse L. Doyle, 47, of Wilmington, was charged with four counts of trafficking in marijuana.

Zachary T. Nichols, 21, of Wilmington, was charged with four counts of trafficking in marijuana.

James C. Harrison, 21, of Wilmington, was charged with trafficking in marijuana and with aggravated possession of drugs.

William R. Fix, 46, of Wilmington, was charged with two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs.

Michael J. Hochadel, 29, of Sabina, was charged with four counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs.

Shawn R. Barton, 44, of Washington Court House, was charged with two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs.

David A. Rich, 30, of Talbott, Tenn., was charged with aggravated possession of drugs.

Tammy Jo Vance, 45, of Wilmington, was charged with theft of drugs, aggravated possession of drugs, and with illegal processing of drug documents.

Keauna M. Strickland, 25, of Wilmington, was charged with permitting drug abuse.

Curtis E. Ford, 31, of Wilmington, was charged with two counts of burglary, with theft, and with receiving stolen property.

Edward E. Shields Jr., 54, of Blanchester, was charged with forgery.
