Clinton County commissioners have started 2018 by continuing their series of monthly joint meetings with townships and villages in the county. On Thursday afternoon, commissioners visited a regular meeting of the Richland Township trustees. From left are Trustees Ken Fliehman and Bob Hazelbaker, Commissioners Brenda K. Woods and Kerry R.
