It was “Wear Blue to Work Day” Wednesday in support of Clinton County abused and neglected children, as well as Amanda Carter Remembrance Day. Joining with county commissioners in recognizing April as Child Abuse and Neglect Awareness Month are Clinton County Job and Family Services (JFS) staff who assembled in the lobby of the Clinton County Community Services Center building on South South Street in Wilmington. The late Amanda Carter worked at the local JFS, and passed away in April 2017 at the age of 34.
