Anchors aweigh, my boys, anchors aweigh!


A veterans recognition program was held Thursday at the Wilmington Savings Bank Clinton County Senior Center. The event included a pinning ceremony, gratitude from Wilmington Mayor Randy Riley on behalf of the community, a talk from U.S. Marine Corps veteran Grant Carter and a sing-along of the songs of the military branches.
