WILMINGTON — Dayton Power & Light officials say power should be restoring to homes and traffic lights in Wilmington, Sabina and Washington Court House.

A DP&L dispatch employee told the News Journal that at 5:24 p.m. a power loss occurred, leaving 4,000 customers without power. She said the issue had been resolved and power should be restoring.
