Search held for juvenile

Clinton County sheriff’s deputies were conducting a search mid-day Thursday for a 14-year-old Clinton County boy whose parents reported that their son walked away from his house late Thursday morning, according to Col. Brian Prickett of the sheriff’s office.

Taking part in the search in the western part of the county were a small fixed-wing airplane and a tracking dog, Prickett said.

No more information was immediately available.

Hadley Road now open

The culvert replacement and paving on Hadley Road has been completed and the road is open to traffic, according to the Clinton County Engineer’s Office.

Gross earns nursing degree

Rhonda Gross of Clarksville earned a Bachelor of Science, Nursing (RN-BSN) in summer 2018 from Mercy College of Ohio, located in Toledo. She also earned a place on the Honors List with a GPA of 3.3 or higher.

Port William monthly meetings

The Village of Port William will now be meeting on the second and fourth Monday of every month, according to Fiscal Officer Sandy Arrasmith.
