WILMINGTON — The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the defendant’s name, age, residence if listed, charge(s) disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. Municipal Judge Mike Daugherty oversees the court, which administers the law in criminal misdemeanor cases.

The following continues the list of those who pled guilty or were found guilty between Aug. 13 and Aug. 17:

• Jonathan Stevens, 36, of Sabina, disorderly conduct, protection order violation, sentenced to 60 days in jail (suspended), fined $500, assessed $250 court costs. The disorderly conduct charge was amended from a domestic violence charge. Stevens must have no contact with the victim, commit no further offenses for two years, and complete non-reporting probation.

• Nicholas Buckner, 27, of Washington Court House, driving under suspension, going 91 in a 65 mph speed zone, sentenced to 30 days in jail (suspended), fined $650, assessed $125 court costs. Buckner must commit no further traffic offenses for two years and complete non-reporting probation. Additional charges of driving under suspension-financial and driving under suspension-failing to appear/pay fine were dismissed.

• Douglas Ixcayav Tay, 33, of Xenia, having physical control of a vehicle while under the influence, sentenced to three days in jail, fined $250, assessed $125 court costs. Ixcayav Tay was given three days credit for completion of 72 hours driver intervention program. A no operator’s license charge and a seat belt violation were dismissed.

• Deasha Finch, 21, of Fairborn, drug possession, fined $50, assessed $125 court costs.

• Jonathan Gully, 36, of Lebanon, reckless operation, fined $150, assessed $125 court costs. ALS vacated. Additional charges of going 90 in a 70 mph speed zone charge and having an open container of alochol in a prohibited area were dismissed.

• Hailey Hansford, 19, of Blanchester, driving under suspension-failing to appear/pay fine, going 72 in a 55 mph speed zone, fined $300, assessed $250 court costs. Additional charges of driving under suspension-financial and driving under suspension-failing to reinstate were dismissed.

• Scott Woodgeard, 42, of Wilmington, drug possession, fined $75, assessed $125 court costs.

• William Adae Jr., 43, of Blanchester, open container of alcohol in a prohibited area, fined $55, assessed $125 court costs.

• Michael Herrera De Aza, 24, of Hamilton, going 97 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $125 court costs.

• William Fix, 49, of Wilmington, driving under suspension-financial, fined $250, assessed $125 court costs. Additional charges of fictious registration and a seat belt violation were dismissed.

• Zacharie Morgan, 21, of Wilmington, disorderly conduct, fined $50, assessed $125 court costs.

• Montayah Qualls, 19, of Grove City, drug paraphernalia, marijuana possession, fined $130, assessed $250 court costs. The cases were waived by the defendant.

• Kaue Costa, 20, of Cincinnati, drug possession, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs. The case was waived by the defendant.
