Clinton County Port Authority thanks former board members

The Clinton County Port Authority honored former board members (from left) Ed Kuehn, David Hockaday and Bill Marine Thursday, December 10, presenting them with glass vases commemorating their years of service. Kuehn, Hockaday, Marine and current port chair Walt Rowsey (center, right) also thanked Kevin Carver (far right), the port’s executive director. Carver will retire after this month.
