First State Bank celebrated the grand opening of a loan production office in Wilmington with a ribbon-cutting ceremony Monday at 832 Rombach Ave. in the Donato’s Retail Shopping Center. The office will be solely devoted to lending activities and will include space for loan processing as well as client meetings and closings. Lending options will include residential, government, agricultural and commercial loans. The office will be staffed by Amy Hamilton, commercial and agricultural loan officer; Jennifer Collier, office manager; and Jeff Ratliff and Doug Henry, both in business development.
