NCB donates to CAP

NCB donated $1,500 to the Clinton County Community Action Program. The center has seen a large decrease in funding for their senior programs. The money will be used to assist with programs, such as Congregate Meals, Home Delivered Meals, Transportation Health & Wellness Program and Supportive Services.
