I have known Scott Holmer since his family built a house on property that adjoined ours in Burtonville. Our families became very close friends. I was pleased that after Scott was grown, he and his wife Betsy chose to make Wilmington their home.

Scott’s career is in business and banking, so he is well-prepared to deal with the business of the county as a County Commissioner. He is active in community service and business groups and will always be sympathetic to the needs of the people he represents.
