CM wrestling donates to EC families

The Clinton-Massie wrestling team raised $2,500 for the families of two East Clinton students who were killed in an automobile crash earlier in the school year. After the presentation, each member of the Clinton-Massie wrestling team hugged the members of the families of Brandon Newman and Anderson VanNieuwenhze, seniors at EC killed in Fayette County Oct. 31. Sponsors and some of the donors for the fundraiser were Lowes, Pittser Family Eye Care, Quali-Tee, Tracy Canby – Thirty One, Michelle Rolf – Compeer, Max and Ermas, Damons, Making the Cut, Wilmington Plaza Cinemas, Monroe Muffler and Brakes, Houston’s HVACR Inc., Peebles, Amanda Denehy – Tastefully Simple, Everyday Chic Boutique, The Rusty Star, Sleeves By Betsy, Ace Hardware, Katrina Hale Photography, Sams Meats and Deli, O’Reilly Auto Parts, AutoZone, 73 Grill, J&D’s, The Cutting Edge, Anytime Fitness, Jen’s Deli, Mediterranean, For the Love of Ink, SmartStyle Hair Salon, Dale Williams, CM Band Boosters, CM Band and Choir, Falcon Youth Cheer, CM Pee Wee Wrestling, First Church Of God.
