Warriors win close games, top Falcons 3-2

GOSHEN – Clinton-Massie lost a couple of tight games and was defeated by Goshen 3-2 Tuesday in SBAAC American Division tennis action at GHS.

“We didn’t play as well as I hoped we would,” CM coach Rod Amburgy said.

Clayton Amburgy at first singles and Austin Faucett won at second singles.

Three of the matches – all won by the Warriors – went to three sets.

Clinton-Massie is 10-6 overall and 3-6 in the division.

Goshen goes to 2-5 in the American Division.
