WHS freshmen stop East Clinton 52-31

The Wilmington High School freshman boys basketball team defeated East Clinton 52-31 Friday night at Fred Summers Court.

Jake Vaughan had nine of his game-high 22 points in the second quarter. Willie Morris had eight of his 18 points in the opening period.

Mason McIntosh chipped in with seven and Steven Sweeney added four. Zack Delaney had a free throw for WHS.

For East Clinton, Austin Rolfe had 15 points while Luke Hanners, Seth Garrison and Zach Mitchell had four points each. Trenton Shoemaker and Austin Arellano had two points each.
