EC reserve girls fall to Cavs, top Tigers

The East Clinton reserve girls basketball team split two games with McClain and Chillicothe.

On Monday, the Lady Astros lost to the Lady Cavaliers 33-13. EC is now 9-6.

Lacey Peterman led East Clinton with six points. Miranda Beener had five steals and Kayala Hall had four rebounds. Gracie McCarron had three rebounds and Paige Lilly scored two points.

Bre Davis had two rebounds while Kaitlyn Talbott and Kaitlin Durbin had two points each. Sierra Christian scored on a free throw.

Last Thursday, East Clinton, coached by Bill Bean, defeated McClain 42-26.

Christian had 14 points and six rebounds. McCarron had 10 points, two steals and two rebounds. Davis had six points and four rebounds.

Lilly scored four points and Beener had two points and five steals. Talbott finished with two points and Hall had two rebounds. Durbin had two points and three rebounds.
