ADAMS TOWNSHIP — The Clinton-Massie junior varsity volleyball team defeated Blanchester 25-20, 26-24 Monday night in a non-league match at the Lebanon Road gym.

Coach Emilie Fisher said her squad played very well in the first set then lost focus in the second set. Massie was able to regroup and pull off the win, Fisher added.

Maddie Bayless had eight points and Lauren Humphries added six for the Lady Falcons. Anna Jones and Alana Bayless played well at the net the entire match, Fisher added.
