Williamsburg tops Blan girls soccer 7-1

BLANCHESTER — The Blanchester girls soccer team was defeated by Williamsburg 7-1 Thursday in SBAAC National Division action at Barbour Memorial Field.

Blanchester is 0-5 on the year and 0-4 in the National Division.

Williamsburg is 4-0-1 in the division and 5-2-1 overall.

Rylan Coyle had the lone goal for Blanchester with Emma Winemiller recording an assist.

Coach Kristina White said her Ladycats are battling back from mid-season injuries and hopes her squad will be back at full strength soon.
