BHS at Kenton powerlifting meet

Several athletes from Blanchester High School competed in a powerlifting tournament at Kenton High School this past weekend. Tavor Mowry was eighth at 125 pounds, Romero Torres did not place at 155 pounds, Marcos Torres was third at 185 pounds, Seth Randolf did not place at 185, Joe Holcomb was second in the unlimited weight class, Jacob Hodge was fifth at 250 pounds and Hunter Collier was fourth at 165 pounds. Holcomb earned the best squat in his class while Collier had the best deadlift in his class. In the photo, Marcos Torres lifting in the 185-pound weight class.
