The Blanchester eighth grade boys basketball team was defeated by Clinton-Massie 35-32 Wednesday.

Nainoa Tangonan had 12 points to pace the Blanchester offense.

Dameon Williams added 10 and Kaden Cromer finished with 8. Bryce Burress scored 2 points. Evan Malott and Isaiah Snader had tough defensive efforts in the game, the Blanchester coaches reported.
