Spartans start fast, defeat Falcons 75-43

GERMANTOWN — With 4 players in double figure scoring, Valley View easily defeated Clinton-Massie 75-43 Saturday night in a non-league boys basketball game.

The Falcons fall to 0-3 on the season. The Spartans are 5-1.

Clinton-Massie will play at Blanchester Tuesday night with a trio of games set to begin at 4:30 p.m.

Kody Zantene came off the CM bench with a solid performance, 9 points, 6 rebounds, 2 assists and a steal.

Troy Coulter led Valley View with 17 points, 12 rebounds, 5 steals, 2 assists and 2 blocked shots.
