Falcons tame Tigers for 8th SCOL win

GREENFIELD — Five players had two hits each and Weston Trampler won his fifth game on the mound as Clinton-Massie defeated McClain 15-0 Monday in South Central Ohio League baseball action at MHS.

The win puts the Falcons at 13-0 overall and 8-0 in the SCOL.

Trampler went the distance on the mound, allowing three hits and striking out five.

Clinton-Massie scored nine runs in the first two innings and added six in the top of the seventh.

Max Murray, Noah Greathouse, David Poynter, Luke Richardson and Trampler had two hits each. Clinton-Massie had 17 hits as a team, coach Brian Camp said.
